    Description

    Signed lower right, "Ryonosuke Fukui" (Japanese, 1923-1986), a listed artist, and created circa 1965.
    Hand signed in pencil as well as "E P A" for an artist's proof, hand-colored Woodblock Woodcuts or etching comprising superimposed, stylized plants and buildings creating a lasting impression!
    Fukui attended the University of Fine Arts in Tokyo and subsequently exhibited internationally with success. From 1962, he exhibited at the International Biennial of Printmaking in Tokyo and the Ljubljana Bienniale (1963, 1965). Reference: E.
